When will I receive my item?



Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. US orders are shipped via UPS. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, and will be processed by the local government postal service.

**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.

During Christmas holiday season, all orders placed after 1st December are subjected to longer delivery frame.

**Custom clearance varies with each country, and delay due to custom clearance is beyond our control. Should your parcel be stuck at custom processing, we can attempt a contact with the post office for faster clearance but there is no guarantees that this will speed up the custom clearance speed.

I've only received part of my order... What's up with that?

Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

Uh Oh, I made a mistake! Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. We will advise you of the status of your order once you contact us.

Do you refund or exchange?

We want you to be happy with your order but all sales are FINAL. We only offer a full refund, keep/exchange or 120% store credit if the items you order are defective AND you contact us by email at info@ghoober.com within 7 days of your order being delivered to you with details of the fault or issue.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the goods within the time frame specified (maximum 45 days) because of lost mail, please contact us and we will issue you a refund or resend the item.

Any return postage costs are not covered by this return policy.
